Dr Abrams has probably made the mistake of thinking that his job is secure, due to his position. Legacy are not in the truth business, they are in the cigarette sale protection business due to the financial implications for their continued employment. Like State AGs, every Legacy employee has a personal interest in maintaining cigarette sales. Abrams seems to have lost the plot, and his superiors will no doubt remind him of his duty.
